IFNC works to reduce accidents on our roads by supporting legislation to prohibit cell phone use by inexperience drivers, and to further crack down on those driving without proper insurance.
During the current legislative session, IFNC staff and Member companies are working with legislative leaders on passage of S1289 Cell Phone Use by Drivers Under 18 and S881 Enhance Penalty or Lapse Liability Coverage.
